We do not sell your personal information. We never have, and this page exists so you don't have to take our word for it buried in a policy.

California law (CCPA/CPRA) also covers "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Here is exactly where that could touch you on this Site:

• Essential store data — never sold, never shared for advertising.
• Marketing cookies — if, and only if, you opt in through our cookie banner, advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, or Google) may receive browsing and purchase events to run and measure our ads. That can count as "sharing" under California law.

How to opt out

1. Cookie settings — decline or withdraw marketing cookies at any time; the banner's settings link is in the footer of every page. Withdrawal stops future sharing immediately.
2. Email us — support@neverbelow.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We will confirm your opt-out within 15 business days and honor it without any cookie action from you.
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC) — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request automatically.
